If a carpet is already damaged, heavily worn, or structurally fragile, cleaning may make the condition more visible or may not produce the expected result. Liability and limitations

We will perform the service with reasonable skill and care. Access, delays and force majeure

We are entitled to charge for wasted travel time or aborted visits where access is not provided, the property is closed, or the appointment cannot proceed because you or your representative is unavailable. If delays arise because of traffic, weather, or other operational issues, we will keep you informed where possible and offer a revised attendance time or alternative date. We do not guarantee completion times unless expressly agreed in writing.

Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, industrial action, transport disruption, power failure, or governmental restrictions. This does not affect your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you may have under consumer law where the service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or otherwise fails to meet legal standards.
